OSKARS ROOF
As part of his continued practice based around social exclusion and morale deprivation the artist and associated ideological practitioners will consume 2 kilos of poorly cut cocaine among an audience personally selected for their deprived and apathetic nature. During this performance in collaboration with recent Oscar wining director Steve Mcqueen the 2011 bio pic based on Oskar Proctors life 'Shame' will be projected on to something within the near vicinity.
In a world of moral uncertainty and continued fomo, in a world where affirmative action is a distant dream the performance will re-contextualize discussions around childhood philosophy and upcoming business plans. The performance feeds off of the un-related aesthetics of a post structuralist approach to an interdisciplinary practice.
Performed in the cultural hub of social and racial division among bins full of chickens wings Proctor and associates continue as Grayson Perry described to be "the shock troops of gentrification."
